I accept the challenge. Do you?
I found this 21-Day Challenge on Regaining Self-Confidence on lifehack.org that I want to do together with you. Here is how it works.
🔺Grab some paper, your journal, the notes app on your phone, a calendar,…which ever works best for you to write down the following each day.
But I do recommend to write it down, as you will need to review your answers at the end of the first weeks.
🌞WEEK ONE: Every day write down (3) things you’re grateful for each day.
On the 7th day review them and you will realize that the more you write, the more you will see there are a lot of things that are grateful for and can give you a reason to be happy.
🌞WEEK TWO: Every day write about moment when you feel unsure about yourself and why.
Then again on the 7th day review and identify your biggest fears and moments that make you feel stressed. Think of ways to help yourself to reduce fears and stress.
🌞WEEK THREE:
Each day write about steps you’ve taken and how they make you feel. The steps don’t necessarily have to be big. Every step counts. Sometimes it is easier to start small, but stay consistent instead of trying a big change and failing to stay consistent will lead to discouragement.
This process can help raising the motivation to keep you on track. We are amazing just the way we are, but there is surely room for improvement, room to grow, room to learn,... Isn't that exciting?
Maybe set some new goals to further improve your self-esteem after this challenge.
